| How to Use the Keyword Field |
| The Keyword field is used to find
businesses of a particular type, or that are in a particular industry (e.g.,
garments, stores). You can also click on the Browse Category or Categories link
to select from a hierarchical list of industries, and then further refine your
results by choosing the appropriate sub-categories (e.g., knitwear, jewelry
stores). |

industry you're interested in, for example agriculture. The service will return
a list of categories that match the word, for example Industry and Agriculture.

| How to Use the Business Name
Field |
| The Business Name field is used
to find businesses whose name contains a particular phrase. So, you are
required to enter at least two letters. |
| |
| Tip for using the Business
Name field |
You can enter the full business
name, or just part of the name in the Business Name field. For example, any of
the following entries (among others) could be used in the Business Name field
to find Rozi Printing Press: Rozi Printing Press, Rozi, Printing, Press,
Printing Press, but not "Rozi Press". You could also enter any two letters in the name,
however, because the results are ordered with the closest match showing first
(please read result order below); you will find your result faster if you type
in a word. It is usually best to omit the generic parts of business names, like
Company, Incorporated, Limited and abbreviations.
If you are sure about the exact spelling of the company's full-name, you could choose the exact matching option. This way you limit your search results to only one company whose full name matches exactly what you entered in the Business Name Field. |

| How to Use the Street Field |
| The Street field is used to find
businesses located on a particular address. You can enter a street number along
with the street name to find what businesses are at a specific address. You
could also just enter the location name e.g., Gulshan. |
| |
| Tips for using the Street
field |
| Be sure to also choose the right
District when searching for a particular street address/ location. |
It is usually best to enter only the location and not the full adress because chances of making spelling mistakes in the full address are higher. |

any search.

area, e.g., find all schools in Chittagong: type in school in Keyword and chose
Chittagong in District.
You can also use it to find a particular business in a particular district.
e.g., Brac's Gopalganj Office: type in Brac in Business Name and choose
Gopalganj in district. |

| What to do if no matching
listings are found |
| There are several reasons why the
service may find no matching listings even when you have reason to believe
there probably are some listings: |
| . |
The keyword you
entered may not be in our category names. Click on browse categories to find
the appropriate categories. |
| . |
The business may be listed under
a different category. Try typing in the name in the Business name field. |
| . |
Something may have been misspelled. Check for spelling mistakes and search
again. |
| . |
Abbreviations may not be
recognized, so be sure that all words are spelled out in full and then search
again. |
| . |
For more suggestions, check the
information about each search field in the section on How to use the Search
Forms. |

| Matching Categories page |
If the service finds more than
one category that matches the search criteria, a Matching Categories page
displaying the different categories is shown. Each matching category is listed
in hierarchical order along with the subcategories it contains. Note that the
same business may appear in more than one category. Just click on a category
name to see the matching listings in that category.
If only one matching category is found, the Matching Categories page is not
displayed. The list of matching companies will be shown along with the name of
the category on the top of the page.
If only once company is found in one matching category, then the company details page is displayed directly. |
| |
| Results page |
All listings that match your
search criteria are displayed on this page. From here, you can choose the
specific company/institution you are looking for and view the details.
If there is only one matching listing, then only that listing along with all
the details are displayed. |
| |
| Order of listings |
| Assume that you searched for
"ABC" in Dhaka and that there are numerous matching listings. The search
results shown in the following order: |
| . |
ABC (The exact match) |
| . |

the word ABC) |
| . |
The ABC Housing (a name that
contains the word ABC) |
